Bankto Setup Instructions
Everyone Needs A Bankto Account

This is a requirement for every 'The 1000 Club' member.
All future business dealings including withdrawals will be processed through this facility.

You are being invited to sign up to the Bankto App and onboard with KYC.

This is a milestone for the community and although the development of the app has been an enormous task, what we have built for our members is truly incredible! We have other ideas to be built into version two so that we are not reliant on any third party and have a complete "eco-system" within our Bankto App! We do appreciate your patience and understanding but we will all soon be receiving the fruits from all our hardships and are very excited with what the future brings!

PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING:

Members are being invited to begin onboarding in alphabetical order. Please only use the link and go through the KYC process if you have the surname beginning with A-V. Any member that attempts to sign up without these surnames will be put to the back of queue. We are doing this to phase-in members and not overwhelm support whilst also fixing any small bugs or issues before moving on to the next batch of surnames. We will then email and call for the next batch. Some of our earliest members have already been allowed early access to help their downlines. We will work through these batches as quickly as possible.
There is only a web-based version of the App available on desktop and mobile, only when all members have onboarded will we release downloadable versions for Android and iOS.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU SIGN UP TO THE BANKTO APP USING THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS AS YOUR 1000 CLUB ACCOUNT.
Once KYC verified, you will receive an email confirmation from Bankto, it will say ‘Please proceed to the next step’ – there is no next step, you are all set, no further action is required!
Passports and Driving Licences are now being automatically processed by the KYC system, other forms of ID such as government issued ID Cards are not yet automated, please allow an average of 3 business days for these forms of ID to be reviewed and approved.

If you have any issues, please contact Bankto support which is linked on every page of the App. Please do not contact us regarding the App unless necessary.
Withdrawals will only begin once all members are onboarded with the Bankto App, we will then tell all members what information we require from them to process their funds. In the meantime, please do not ask or provide your information.
Please read the KYC instructions carefully before proceeding, we have been sending Nick’s Tips for KYC in all latest update emails.
Members must have both their selfie and ID saved on their computer before they start the session.
All functionality within the App such as deposits and withdrawals are switched off until all members are onboarded. If anyone tries to make a deposit, they will be met with a ‘Complete KYC to make deposits and withdrawals’ prompt. This is temporary until all members are onboarded…functionality in the App is simply switched off.
Google 2 factor authentication, SMS 2 factor authentication and Anti-Phishing codes are live in the Bankto App and we strongly suggest all members using at least one of these added security features.
Bankto have just confirmed that our members can open multiple accounts with them. So, any members that hold multiple accounts with us can now sign up to the Bankto App using different email addresses associated with each of your 1000 Club accounts. For each account you are opening with Bankto (under different email addresses), you will need to sign up and complete KYC verification even if you have done so already.

Nick’s Tips for KYC:
For members completing KYC on a desktop PC/Laptop, you must have a selfie and picture of your ID saved and uploaded on to your computer. You can use a mobile phone to take the pictures.

Selfies must be freshly taken, and you cannot upload a screenshot of a selfie as verification as it will not be accepted.
When sending a picture of your ID, a good practice is to place it on top of a blank piece of A4 paper and take a picture with all 4 corners of your ID showing.
Take pictures on your mobile phone and then transfer them to your computer to upload for verification.

For members completing KYC on your mobile phone, you will be prompted to either take a fresh picture or use a picture already saved on your phone.

Please note that members that have already completed KYC when making payments through the widget, you will need to repeat this process for the Bankto site.

Important to note: The Bankto App solution is currently only available on web browsers. You can sign up on your mobile web browser e.g, Safari or from a desktop PC/Laptop. After onboarding is complete, the downloadable Bankto App for both iOS and Android will be released.

Upon signing up, members will have the opportunity to explore the Bankto site but all functionality such as deposits and withdrawals are disabled temporarily.

Members will, however, have to opportunity to set up their 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) which is an additional layer of security that is in place. This takes the form of Google Authenticator or SMS code.

After following the link above, you will be directed to the Bankto App sign in page. Since you do not have a Bankto App account please click the light blue “Not a member? Sign up now!” button as shown below. Your T1000C and TPC log in credentials will not work here to sign in, you must sign up by creating an account. If you had an account with the previous Bankto/Unbanked solution, your old log in credentials will not work either. Please press the 'Not a Member' 'Sign up now!' button and create a new account.
